Week 249 - Eight ranks or less

On this week's show Damon takes a look at some theatre organ that are 8 ranks or less. Damon looks at both Wurlitzer and Compton organs of two and three manuals.

Week 248 - Delightful Dickinson

On this week's show Damon takes a look at the wonderful Kimball Organ installed in John Dickinson High School, Wilmington Delaware. Now boasting two console with 66 ranks over three chambers, this makes it one of the finest installations in the world!

Week 247 - Presidents on Parade

On this week's show John Leeming is at the microphone celebrating what would have been Doreen Chadwick's 100th Birthday. Doreen was presidents for many years of the Cinema Organ Society. It seemed them appropriate to look at some of the other presidents of the COs over the years!

Week 246 - A Beer for Bolshaw

A summer trip to the seaside town of Beer is what's on off this week as Trevor Bolshaw is our star organist. The organ featured was in fact the first ever Wurlitzer to be shipped over to this country hear it opened in 1925. Since 1956 the Wurlitzer has been in the Congregational Church in Beer, however it's only been since the 'Friends Of Beer Wurlitzer' was formed that the organ came to life. Trevor is to play a selection of tunes that revolve around this lovely 6 rank Wurlitzer.

Week 245 - How Insensitive

On this week's show Damon is back at the microphone and reflects on the extreme warm weather with some songs to suit. A high proportion of tunes this week are written by Antônio Carlos Jobim who is very much associated with the Bossa Nova tempo. Mixed in-between are a few lively sambas and a rhumba thrown in for good measure!

On this week’s show we turn back the clocks on one of the most famous star organists of the past – Mr Blackpool himself Reginald Dixon. Damon has recently dug this broadcast out from the Cinema Organs Societies archives and its one of Reg’s typical morning broadcast from the Tower Ballroom.

Week 241 - All Things New-ish

On this week's show Damon plays tracks from four new albums recorded by Zach Frame, Mark Laflin, Mark Herman and Richard Hills. Also featured are tracks from albums released last year that are still hot off the press!

Week 240- LTOT @ 50

On this week's show Damon celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Lancastrian Theatre Organ Trust. The LTOT was set up to preserve and present organs in the Manchester area and its still going strong today, looking after one of the finest four manual Wurlitzer's in the country amongst other things!
